About us
Founder's story and background:
Care-apu Oy was founded by Diana Koskinen. Diana moved to Finland in 2008 to study masters in computer science and after that decided to change career path to study nursing in 2010. Diana graduated as a registered nurse in 2014 and at a time was already working as an area registered nurse in the city of Espoo homecare (Espoon Kaupunki). Diana was awarded as the best nurse of the year 2016. Diana has worked as a registered nurse in Vantaa city(Vantaan Kaupunki ) and HUS Porvoo hospital (surgical and internal medicine in-wards). Diana has worked in the healthcare sector since 2012 giving her a 11 year work experience.

As an entrepreneur, her goal is to operate differently by giving the clients a chance to participate in scheduling their own service and also contribute her diverse background. Diana believes that aging and illness does not affect right to professional health care. Diana believes that everyone needs help at sometime in life and it should be available with no delay. That is why we stand for "helping hands you need'. We give service with values and create a secure environment for our clients. Diana is married and has three children. She is responsible for business operations of Care-apu oy with support from her Finnish husband.

Care-apu Oy was founded at the end of 2021, is a multi-professional service provider for elderly and disabled clients. We believe to effectively contribute and provide impactful services to our clients. We take a holistic approach to our clients. Our employees are healthcare professionals trained in Finland.
